Case Studies · Engineered Outcomes

The concrete outcomes of engineering decisions.

Each engagement is set out along three axes: the operational problem, the architectural solution, and the measurable outcome, without sales language. Client names are shared only with consent; the technical shape described is always real.

Local Services & Growth

From Zero Digital Presence to Local-Search Leadership

Denizli · Denizli25 Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Taking an established cleaning business from a zero digital footprint to category leadership across Denizli within a year.

The Challenge

The craft and the service quality were already there, built over years on the ground. The digital counterpart was not: no searchable website, no managed Google Maps profile, no measurable channel structure, and no online ordering. In Denizli, most customers simply could not find the service.

The Engineering Solution

We rebuilt the business on a single digital backbone: a website engineered for local SEO with dedicated service and district pages (Pamukkale, Merkezefendi), an online store and cart, a managed Google Business Profile and map presence, content channels on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, and a tag and analytics (GTM) layer that measures every touchpoint.

Architecture Components
  • Website (local SEO)
  • Google Business Profile
  • Online store & cart
  • Multi-channel content
  • GTM measurement layer
  • Review & reputation
The Impact
  • Category leadership in Denizli carpet-cleaning search within roughly twelve months
  • Among the region's highest-rated brands: 4.9 / 5 on Google across 200+ reviews
  • A multi-channel digital presence built from zero, indexed across site, map, store, and social
  • Every touchpoint made measurable and attributable

A New Thermal Resort's Regional Visibility & Reservation Backbone

Karahayıt, Pamukkale · Çelik Thermal & Spa

The digital backbone that, within two years, carried a thermal SPA opened in January 2024 into the most-recommended tier of the Karahayıt-Pamukkale region.

The Challenge

The newly opened resort had a strong physical product and a natural thermal source, yet in the competitive Karahayıt-Pamukkale region it had no digital visibility and no direct reservation channel. Guests could not find it in search and map results, and there was no infrastructure to serve multilingual demand.

The Engineering Solution

We positioned the resort on a single digital backbone: a multilingual website with a reservation and enquiry flow, local and regional SEO across room and service pages, a managed Google Business Profile and map presence, content channels on Instagram and Facebook, and an analytics layer that measures visibility.

Architecture Components
  • Multilingual website
  • Reservation / enquiry flow
  • Regional SEO
  • Google Business Profile
  • Social content (IG/FB)
  • Visibility analytics
The Impact
  • Entry into the region's most-voted thermal-resort list within two years
  • Measurable visibility in regional thermal-SPA search
  • An established multilingual, direct reservation and enquiry channel
  • A consistent, owned digital presence across search, map, and social

E-commerce & Community

An E-commerce Platform Uniting Store, Training, and Adoption

Online · Toy Poodle TR

A recently launched platform that brings an established toy-poodle community online: a product store, care content, and a structured adoption process on one backbone.

The Challenge

The expertise and the community had been built over years, but there was no unified digital platform. Products, care knowledge, and the adoption process lived apart, with no e-commerce, no structured content, and no owned, measurable channel.

The Engineering Solution

We built a single platform: an e-commerce store with a categorized catalog and cart, an education and blog content structure built for SEO, a guided adoption-procedure flow, member accounts, content channels on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, and a measurement layer.

Architecture Components
  • E-commerce & cart
  • Product catalog
  • Education & blog (SEO)
  • Adoption flow
  • Member accounts
  • Multi-channel social
The Impact
  • A platform uniting store, training, and adoption on one backbone, now live
  • A categorized catalog, cart, and member infrastructure in place
  • An SEO-structured education and blog content system
  • An owned, measurable multi-channel sales and content channel

Health & Medical Tourism

Foundations for a Medical-Tourism Platform Joining Pamukkale Tourism with Healthcare

Denizli · Dt. Emre Karakaya (Periodontology & Implant)

A newly initiated engagement: the foundation of a digital platform designed to join the Pamukkale-Karahayıt tourism draw with specialist periodontology and implant surgery, with international patients in view.

The Challenge

The clinic's clinical capability in periodontology and implant surgery is strong. The opportunity is to reach international patients by joining the region's tourism gravity (Pamukkale, Karahayıt) with healthcare, but the digital foundation for that did not exist.

The Engineering Solution

We laid the foundation: a clinical website and a treatment and service architecture (dtemrekarakaya.com), structured so it can extend toward multilingual, KVKK/GDPR-compliant international-patient acquisition that ties regional tourism to medical tourism.

Architecture Components
  • Clinical website
  • Treatment architecture
  • Local SEO
  • Medical-tourism positioning
  • Compliant patient data (planned)
  • Multilingual expansion (planned)
The Impact
  • First release of the clinical digital presence is live (dtemrekarakaya.com)
  • Treatment and service architecture defined
  • A base structured around the medical-tourism objective
  • An architecture ready to extend toward multilingual, compliant patient acquisition

International B2B Order & Supply-Chain Tracking Portal

Denizli · Global Home-Textile Exporter

Consolidating the order and shipment flow of a multi-market export operation onto a single auditable backbone.

The Challenge

Orders were scattered across email, spreadsheets, and phone. The international buyer had no real-time view of production or shipment status, reconciliation ran by hand, and the chain from yarn to container could not be traced in a provable way.

The Engineering Solution

We built a role-scoped B2B order and supply-chain portal, integrated with the existing ERP through contract-first APIs. Order, production stage, and shipment status now flow from one record, with buyer access and the data layer designed KVKK/GDPR-compliant.

Architecture Components
  • B2B portal
  • ERP integration
  • Supply-chain tracking
  • Contract-first API
  • KVKK/GDPR data layer
The Impact
  • End-to-end order and shipment process traceability
  • Operational reduction of the manual reconciliation load
  • Standardized visibility for the global buyer
  • An auditable, single-source data record

Carrying Closed-Rhinoplasty Expertise to Global Health Tourism

İzmir · Dr. Fatih Ağdaş (ENT / Closed Rhinoplasty)

A roughly four-year strategic partnership that built the multilingual, conversion-focused digital backbone to carry deep closed-rhinoplasty expertise from İzmir to international patients.

The Challenge

The clinical expertise in closed rhinoplasty was already deep, but the digital presence and web infrastructure were not at international health-tourism standard. In İzmir's competitive local market, that specialist depth could not be conveyed, in the right technical language, to global patients — particularly the European and wider international market.

The Engineering Solution

Across a roughly four-year strategic collaboration, we built a high-performance, multilingual, patient-conversion-focused web architecture. On that foundation we established global search-engine optimization (Global SEO) and a health-tourism-oriented digital PR and reputation infrastructure, with patient communication handled in a KVKK/GDPR-compliant way.

Architecture Components
  • Multilingual website
  • Patient-conversion architecture
  • Global SEO
  • Health-tourism digital PR
  • Reputation management
  • KVKK/GDPR-compliant patient communication
The Impact
  • A sustainable increase in international patient volume
  • Optimized global and regional brand visibility in the closed-rhinoplasty vertical
  • A multilingual presence that reaches patients in their own language
  • An owned, measurable acquisition and reputation channel
