The Challenge
Orders were scattered across email, spreadsheets, and phone. The international buyer had no real-time view of production or shipment status, reconciliation ran by hand, and the chain from yarn to container could not be traced in a provable way.
The Engineering Solution
We built a role-scoped B2B order and supply-chain portal, integrated with the existing ERP through contract-first APIs. Order, production stage, and shipment status now flow from one record, with buyer access and the data layer designed KVKK/GDPR-compliant.
