- How long does an engagement take?
- It depends on what you need, but most run from a few weeks to a couple of quarters. We give you an honest range after the first assessment, and we'd rather under-promise than surprise you later.
- Do you work with smaller businesses, or only big ones?
- We work with serious businesses of many sizes — exporters, clinics, hotels. The fit isn't about size; it's about whether getting the digital side right genuinely matters to your business.
- Do you actually do advertising and PR, or just the tech?
- Both, and on purpose. We run measurable advertising and PR and build the platform underneath it — because acquisition only works when it's wired to data you can trust. We're not a creative agency chasing impressions; we're after results you can attribute.
- How do you work with our existing team?
- Alongside them, not over them. We bring method and a second set of experienced eyes; your team brings the context only they have. The goal is to leave them stronger, not sidelined.
- How does pricing work?
- Fixed-scope engagements with clear milestones, agreed up front. We're not the cheapest option and won't pretend to be. What you're paying for is growth you can measure and a system that holds.
- What about our patients' and customers' data — is it safe?
- That's where we start, not where we cut corners. KVKK and GDPR compliance, data residency, and access control are designed in from day one, especially for cross-border patients and buyers.
- Will you sign an NDA?
- Always, and mutually. The first conversation happens under NDA so both sides can speak freely about the real state of things.
- Which sectors do you know well?
